on the organization of the export of solid utilities
waste for owners of individual housing
The owner of municipal waste must:
- place municipal waste in authorized places (behind the gate, in front of your own house, 1 m from the roadway);
- equip on the land plot a place for temporary storage of waste;
-conclude a contract for the provision of services for the treatment of municipal solid waste.

Waste removal by transport of KUMPP housing and communal services "Baranovichi district housing and communal services" is carried out on the basis of an agreement and a schedule for garbage collection, in accordance with the Scheme for the management of municipal waste in the Baranovichi district. Payment for export is made once a month in accordance with the current tariff.
Human waste is accepted for planned removal (cleanings, food leftovers, glass and polymer products, faience, crystal and earthenware, packaging materials, polystyrene jars and cups from yogurts and sour cream, and foamed polystyrene trays from meat, and other small plastics, packaging from toothpaste, detergents, bottle caps, disposable tableware, stationery, maintenance waste (wallpaper, paper with a laminated or adhesive layer), foil, paper cups, old clothes, shoes, etc.).
Waste must be packed in bags, tied, not exceeding 15 kg. To prevent the spread of garbage throughout the territory and the penetration of insects, pets - garbage bags are recommended to be stored in metal, plastic or wooden garbage bins. The homeowner is responsible for keeping the surrounding area free from animal or wind-blown debris. Bags in which garbage is collected are not returned, as they are intermediate packaging material.
The following are not included in the standard for the formation of municipal solid waste: construction waste, waste from pruning (cutting) of green spaces, waste from seasonal sanitary cleaning of populated areas (street and yard estimates, gardening and horticulture waste), vegetable waste, ferrous and non-ferrous metal scrap, automobile and other tires, waste from the maintenance and slaughter of livestock, bulky waste.
Additionally, on a paid basis, with the technical capability of the enterprise, large-sized, construction waste*, waste from cuttings (cutting) of green spaces, waste from seasonal sanitary cleaning of yard areas are accepted for export. This service is carried out by transport KUMPP housing and communal services "Baranovichi district housing and communal services" in agreement with the homeowners (day, time, cost) bulky waste.
Homeowners are strictly prohibited from arranging unauthorized dumps (place waste in unauthorized places).
Failure to comply with the above requirements leads to administrative liability.
Waste of plant origin should be composted in personal household plots.
*Construction waste is packed in the homeowner's own container: fragments of plaster, pieces of wallpaper, remnants of paint and varnish materials, pieces of drywall, broken ceramic tiles.
Construction waste: the remains of concrete floors, asphalt concrete, broken bricks, broken blocks, concrete pillars and concrete tiles are disposed of by processing enterprises at the expense of the owner of the waste. Construction waste should not contain debris, soil, wood, rags, roofing material
